This website is our personal wedding page — it collects only what we need to host our celebration.
We — Battur and Ariunzaya — run this website for our wedding guests. Here is a plain and honest account of how we look after the information you trust us with.
What We Collect
While using the site you may share the following with us:
- RSVP details — guest names, attendance, meal choices, allergies and special needs, and a contact email or phone number.
- Contact form — your name, an email address or phone number, and your message.
- Photos and guestbook notes — pictures you upload yourself, your message and your name.
- Technical data — IP addresses may be recorded briefly to protect the site from spam.
How We Use It
Everything is used solely to organize the wedding — seating, catering and staying in touch with our guests. We never use your details for advertising, and we never sell or pass them to third parties.
How Long We Keep It
Organizational data (attendance, meal choices, contact details) is deleted within six months after the wedding. Only the photos and guestbook messages our guests kindly leave us remain, as our personal keepsake.
Cookies & External Services
The site uses only strictly necessary cookies — to remember your language and your invitation sign-in. There is no tracking, no advertising cookies and no analytics. The map loads from an external service only after you choose to load it.
Your Rights
You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete your information. You can also revisit and update your RSVP yourself using your invitation code.
Deletion Requests & Questions
For deletion requests or any privacy question, write to us at hello@turuu-ariuka.mn. We reply within three working days.
